What is Your Design?
Our company designs its own products which make up a collection of styles, but it also offers you the possibility of designing your own model. To do this, it opens a channel of communication between the customer and the company, that culminates in a new model. Customers can keep the design of their model and a manual that they download from the Internet, or they can order the pieces, precut with laser like all the other products of the company
What are special projects?
Special projects are customer designs that need to be scaled in miniature, and whose pieces are then precut with laser to assemble the model.
How big is the model?
The kitâ??s package is 12x24x1.8 (DxWxH) and 3.6'' for 1:12 scale (DxWxH) or 30cmx60cmx4.5cm and 9cdm for 1:12 scale. The assembled model dimensions are specified in the description of each product

Yes, the company will be with you every step of the way, helping you assemble your model and assisting you with the finishes. The first thing you have to do is consult the CD manual that comes with your product. There, you will find step-by-step instructions on how to work with your model.

Do you send a manual on paper?
No, there is no printed version of the manual, but it comes in an A4 format so that you can print it at home with any regular printer, if youâ??re not comfortable reading it on your computer.
Can I see the finished products?
Yes, the manual features many photographs of the product during the assembling and finishing stages. There is also a library of photos on the web site, where you can view many other pictures. Lastly, you can send your own photographs of your finished model to share with other members. We will place your photos in the library so others can view them
Why the 1/4 scale?
We believe it entails a new challenge that will enable miniaturists to have a complete collection of styles in their own living room. It is a new concept which allows you to take care of all the necessary aspects, placing greater emphasis on architectural details, rather than on decoration, but without neglecting decorative aspects.
How long will it take me to build the model?
It depends on the time in small scales (1:24'' and especially 1:48) the best way to assemble your model is to do the finishes as youâ??re building the model, itâ??s hard to give an estimate of how long it will take for you to complete it
What do I need for the final finishes of my model?
For the floor and wall tiles, we provide several models in the CD for you to print out in high quality paper. As you will see, we give you a wide variety of models for you to make your own designs. For the wall and ceiling finishes, you have to represent materials such as brick, stone and plaster. The first can be done in the same way as the floors, since we also give you the brick texture that you can paste on the corresponding places. You can also form bricks with a special powder that comes for such purpose, or work with craft dough. This can also be done for the exterior stone. In this case, we recommend using craft dough that allows you to work for several hours before hardening, so you can mold it into the shape of the stones, as shown in the pictures of our finished product. The plaster or stucco can be done by mixing paint with gypsum in the right proportions
What is MDF?
MDF stands for Medium Density Fiberboard, a compacted and durable wood, very homogeneous, which can be painted and admits any type of finishes. Itâ??s not easy to cut, which is why itâ??s used less than plywood, even though itâ??s quality is much better for these products. We work only with MDF, which we cut with laser, obtaining a product of the utmost quality.
